The breakfast was a great start to the day with a variety of fresh and healthy options. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the city center and the ski lifts. the spacious rooms with modern design and comfortable beds were an advantage that added to the overall experience.

There were a couple of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The cleaning service seemed lacking, as there was a lot of dust under the beds, and some of the equipment like the Play Station and table tennis paddles were not in proper working order.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were exceptional, including a nice swimming pool and a relaxing wellness area. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is located close to the slopes, making it convenient for skiing.

For skiers, the location couldn't be better, as it's just a short stroll from the slopes. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The bathrooms are spotless with fantastic walk-in showers. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, and the buffet breakfast is truly exceptional, with fresh and organic produce. the property's wellness center features a heated pool, Finnish saunas, and showers, along with relaxing sleeping areas in its garden.

Although the hotel was well-positioned in general, some visitors felt it was a bit far from the old village and the main ski lift area, but others mentioned the availability of a ski depot at the lift station.
